PSA: TBDSSAB Resumes Select Mail Services
May 28, 2025 – The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) will resume select mail services, effective May 28.
As postal service continues to operate during the Canada Post negotiations, TBDSSAB is updating its response.
- All vendor cheques for June will be mailed as per usual process.
- Monthly Ontario Works cheques issued by TBDSSAB for June 2025 will still be available for pick-up on May 29 and May 30.
- Any client cheques that have not been picked up by end of day May 30 will be mailed as per usual process.

Cheque Pick-Up Schedule
Monthly OW cheques will be available for pick-up on the following dates. Any client cheques that have not been picked up by end of day May 30th will be mailed as per usual process.
