PSA: Mail Services Resume
November 25, 2025 – The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) has resumed mail services.
Postal services have resumed as Canada Post and CUPW have reached a tentative agreement. As a result, TBDSSAB is resuming mail services and will continue to update its response accordingly.
- Vendor cheques for December will be mailed as per usual process.
- Monthly Ontario Works cheques issued by TBDSSAB for December 2025 will be mailed.
- TBDSSAB resumed mailing daily cheques and Disability Determination Packages on November 11.
